Account and Billing

Note: Did you move your account from TimeMoto Cloud 1? This page is still under development for upgraded Cloud 1 accounts. Please refer to this page only if you created your account in the Cloud 2 environment.

TimeMoto offers a variety of features for different kinds of businesses. No matter if simple time and attendance monitoring or the full package of advanced timekeeping, planning and reporting, TimeMoto has got the right plan for you. In this article, you can see how to use the Account and Billing page to choose the plan that fits your needs.

Find the Account and Billing page by opening the dropdown menu in the top right and clicking [Settings]. Then on the left side, select [Account and Billing].

Summary

In the Summary, you can review:

  • your current Plan Type
  • the Next Invoice Date
  • the name of the Account Owner
  • the Pricing, consisting of the amount and the frequency of your payment (monthly or yearly)
  • the total number of active employees you can add to your cloud (with the number of employees added and the number of seats still available)

The account owner can make the following adjustments:

Plan Types

TimeMoto offers 3 types of plans:

  • Core – Easy to use time and attendance monitoring. Use in combination with TimeMoto clocking-in devices as a standalone solution.
  • Essential – Easily track attendance and create schedules. Perfect for companies that rely on accurate time reporting.
  • Plus – The full package of advanced timekeeping, planning and reporting. Ideal for growing businesses with more employees.

Account Owner

The account owner can access and amend the Account and Billing page and is the only one who can change plans and conditions of their TimeMoto Cloud or change the account owner to a different person. There can be only one account owner at a time!

Pricing

Here you can check the price of your current plan. You can pay for your plan monthly or yearly. If you want to save more money, choose the yearly payment of your TimeMoto Cloud Plan.

Number of Seats

The number of seats available determines how many employee accounts you can add to your TimeMoto Cloud. If you need to add more employees to your Cloud than currently possible, increase the number of seats here.

Payment Methods

Next to the Summary, you can add and manage your payment methods, including credit card and SEPA debit card.

  • To add a new payment method, click on the box [Add (+)] and fill in your payment type and card information.
  • To manage an already added payment method, click on the one you want to change and adjust the data.
  • To delete a payment method, hover over the one you want to remove and click on the trash can icon on the right.

Invoices

If you have already chosen a paid plan, all of your previously generated invoices are available here to download if you need them for your accountancy. Along with the invoice date, amount, and payment status. To download any invoice, click on the download icon next to the invoice you want to download.
