Notifications

You got your TimeMoto Cloud up and running and everything is going smoothly. Yet it is helpful to be up-to-date about what is happening with your employees. For this you can use the Notification feature of TimeMoto Cloud.
TimeMoto's Notifications can be configured on two levels: the general Notification settings and the personalised settings.
General Notification Settings
You find your Notification settings by opening the dropdown menu in the top right and clicking [Settings]. Then on the left side, select [Notifications].
Notification Methods
This option lets you select ways the system will trigger notifications about special occurrences. You can be notified via browser, email and smartphone app.
Notification Conditions
You can set specific occurrences where a notification will be triggered and if you want to be notified. These include occurrences where:
- the employee clocked in too late,
- the employee clocked out too early,
- the employee has accumulated to much overtime,
- the employee is missing from work.
Notification Frequency
You can furthermore determine how frequent you want to be notified by the system. This includes:
- Live notifications
- Daily summaries (specific time)
- Weekly summaries (specific day and time)
- Monthly summaries (specific day an time)
