How can I purchase a new TimeMoto Plan?

Have you finished your TimeMoto Trial and want to switch to your personalised plan? Do you already have a plan but want to change the details? This article explains how it's done step by step.
Who can change or purchase a TimeMoto plan?
The Account Owner can access and amend the [Account and Billing]
page and is the only one who can change the plans and conditions of their TimeMoto Cloud or change the account owner to a different person. There can be only one account owner at a time!
Purchase a New Plan
1. Log into your TimeMoto Account. Make sure you sign in as the Account Owner, as this is the only account with access to the Account & Billing settings.
2. Go to the [Account & Billing]
page.
3. Under Summary, you find the section Plan Type. Click "Change" right next to it.
4. At the top, enter the number of seats you want to buy. You can only purchase seats in steps of 5 seats, starting with at least 10 seats.
5. Select between our three plans: Core, Essential and Plus. You can choose between monthly and yearly payments at the top of the column. (Tip: Yearly payments will lower the effective price per month.)
6. Confirm your choice by clicking [Save]
on the top.
7. In the following step, please agree to our Terms and Conditions and add your payment method.
- We offer Credit/Debit Card payment for all subscriptions.
- You can also enter your VAT number (if available) to be exempt from paying VAT.
- Click
[Buy now]
to confirm your purchase.
When does my plan take effect?
- Upgrade: If you upgrade your plan, the changes become effective immediately. If you already paid for a different plan, the amount you paid previously will be deducted from your current price. You will go back to regular pricing on the next invoice date.
- Downgrade: If you downgrade your plan, the changes become effective once the old plan expires. Since you already paid for the other plan, you will pay for the new plan on the next invoice date.
Where can I find my invoice?
Find your invoice by accessing the [Account and Billing]
page again. You can download all of your invoices under "Invoices".
