Timesheets are a type of report in TimeMoto Cloud. It shows all recorded time an employee spent on his work. In this article, we will check out the timesheet's functionalities and how you can manage and export reports.

General Layout

Like all reports, the timesheet can be filtered by report period. Once you choose a set pay period, you can also lock the period. The main differences lie between the overview and daily view of the timesheets.

Overview Mode

The overview deals only with the total of your employee's attendance data. In the columns, you can display the employee's:

  • First and Last Name
  • Employee Number
  • Total duration of Scheduled Shift (defined by work schedule and planned activities)
  • Total duration of Worked Hours (defined by the employee's accumulated attendance data)
  • Total duration of Scheduled Break (defined by the employee's work schedule)
  • Total duration of taken Break (defined by the employee's attendance data)
  • Total Balance of time worked
  • Total duration of planned Absence (doesn't include the occasions where the employee was missing from work)

The timesheet overview

All columns can be filtered by clicking the symbol on the upper right to ensure the report only contains necessary information.

You can search employees directly by typing their name in the search box, or you can filter them by selecting their worked projects, names, location, or department. Multiple selections and a combination of different filters are possible.

Daily View Mode

The daily view of the timesheets gives you a detailed day-by-day report about the employee's activities and clocking actions. In the columns, you can display the employee's:
