What do I need to consider when using fingerprints / face recognition to clock at my TimeMoto device?

TimeMoto offers among PIN and RFID / Mifare card also identification at the time attendance devices via fingerprint or face recognition. If you want to use the latter options for your employees, please ensure the following:

• The employee must consent freely and without fear of negative repercussions if they do not give or revoke their consent to using their biometric features.
• The employee must always be offered alternative, non-biometric methods of identifying themselves at the TimeMoto devices (e.g., badge, PIN).
• A proof that the employee was informed about the above must always be archived and accessible to the employee.
