What happens to my deleted user data?

If you delete any user data in the TimeMoto Cloud, the data will be erased from our servers almost immediately. For this to be also synchronised with the TimeMoto device(s) / time clocks, you must maintain an active connection between all TimeMoto devices and TimeMoto Cloud.

Warning: Once you have deleted a user from your account, all data is gone for good and cannot be retrieved anymore.

Deleting an entire account

In case an entire account should be terminated, customers can request the TimeMoto helpdesk to erase their account and/or individual users.
