The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives rights to people to manage personal data collected by an organization. These rights can be exercised through a Data Subject Request (DSR). The organization is required to provide timely information regarding DSRs and data breaches, and perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
GDPR applies to the following aspects of TimeMoto Cloud:
- How is data stored (and protected) in TimeMoto Cloud?
- How is data stored (and protected) in the TimeMoto Clocks?
- How do Cloud and devices communicate information with each other?
Besides the member states of the EU and UK, GDPR also applies to member states of the EFTA (European Free Trade Association): Iceland, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein. GDPR might have differences depending on the country, so always be aware of regional limitations and restrictions.
