What type of data am I allowed to store in my cloud?

All personal information that is not considered sensitive data under the GDPR framework can be stored in solutions such as TimeMoto Cloud. Personal information includes:

• first and last names
• email addresses
• phone numbers
• timestamps and attendance/absence types (presence, absence, project times, holidays, sick leave) as well as geolocation of the clocking action
• work schedules

TimeMoto is intended as a time attendance, time registration and time scheduling tool for workforce management. Therefore, the sensitive or special personal data must not be stored in the cloud, e.g.:

• personal background (racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union) 
• genetic data, biometric data with a view to the unique identification of a person 
• data concerning health, details and reasons for sick leave, medical records
• data concerning a person's sexual behaviour or sexual orientation
