The Schedules Page

Schedules are used to define your employee's working times. Whether you work with fixed times or a more flexible work schedule, there is always a way to represent it in TimeMoto Cloud.

In this article, we take a closer look at the Schedule page. Once you are done, you will know how to:

  • find a list of all your schedules
  • add new schedules
  • assign new schedules
  • manage your existing schedules

Overview

You will find a list of all your schedules under [Planning] > [Schedules]. TimeMoto Cloud comes with a few default schedules. Feel free to use them as is or as a reference for your own schedules.

Use the filter on the top left to search for specific schedules. The overview also shows you some general information on your schedules:

  • the name of the schedule
  • the number of hours scheduled
  • the days of the weeincluded in the schedule
  • the time period 

Adding a New Schedule

Adding a schedule is very linear, as the system prompts you to insert every info step by step. Go to your Planning and select the tab [Schedules]. Then click on "Add schedule" to start.

Assigning Schedules

After you have added a schedule, you can go to the employee settings to assign it to an employee in their Employee Management under the tab [Position]. The schedule is then added to the employee planning at the time you select.

Managing Schedules

You can click on the name of a schedule to see more information. Want to delete a schedule? Click on the trash bin icon on the right.

If you click the name of a schedule, you can edit any information contained in it. Once you are done, click "Update" to save any changes made.
