Where can I find a firmware update for the TM-818 MC?

At this time, the TM-818 MC is released with the latest firmware installed. 

Caution: Please don't install any firmware update of a different device type onto your device! Using the wrong firmware update can cause your time clock to be inoperable. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care team.
