What happens with the fingerprints stored on the TimeMoto Clocks?

The TimeMoto Clocks do not store an image of your fingerprint. Instead, an anonymous, mathematical algorithm is stored on the device. 

The personal details of the fingerprint are vectorized and are turned into a complex algorithm in the storage. This data is then linked to the employee's Time Clock ID. 

The fingerprint "image" can never be extracted from the time clock in any way. The device only stores a numerical code. Any misuse of personal data by unauthorised persons is thus avoided.  

Since all TimeMoto Clocks offer various authentication methods, employees who do not want to use their fingerprints can clock their time using their Time Clock ID and PIN. Alternatively, they can also use an RFID card or key fob.
