We are excited to announce our latest release, which includes some improvements designed to optimise your day-to-day interaction with TimeMoto:

Employee Account Deletion

To prevent accidental deletion and subsequent data loss, we have introduced a new 2-step confirmation process when deleting employee accounts. This process is to remind you that deleting an employee will permanently remove all data related to their account, including clocking actions and planning items.

Tip: If you want to remove an employee's access to TimeMoto without deleting their entire account, we recommend going to their [Employee Card] and setting their status to "inactive" instead.

No Remaining Employee Data

As a part of the previous point, we overhauled the employee deletion process to guarantee no data associated with the employee remains in the reports.

Smoother Time Clock Synchronisation

We have improved the synchronisation process between your time clock and the Cloud, particularly when employees are assigned to a different location.
