To continue providing a reliable and secure time tracking platform, we occasionally perform scheduled maintenance on TimeMoto Cloud.
These maintenance windows allow us to carry out important platform improvements, infrastructure updates, and routine maintenance that help keep the service stable, secure, and ready for future enhancements.
We understand that any interruption can be inconvenient, which is why we schedule maintenance outside normal business hours whenever possible and always aim to keep downtime as short as we can.
Maintenance schedule
Start
Friday, 7 August 2026 – 20:00 CEST
Expected completion
Saturday, 8 August 2026 – 04:00 CEST
The maintenance is expected to take up to 8 hours.
If the work is completed sooner, all services will become available immediately.
What will be unavailable?
During the maintenance window, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- TimeMoto Cloud web portal
- TimeMoto mobile application
You will not be able to sign in or manage your data until the maintenance has been completed.
Can employees still clock in and out?
Yes.
Employees can continue to clock in and out using their TimeMoto Time Clock as they normally would.
Clocking data is safely stored on the device during the maintenance and will automatically synchronize with TimeMoto Cloud once the service is available again.
No action is required from employees or administrators after the maintenance has finished.
Will any data be lost?
No.
Clocking data recorded during the maintenance window remains stored on the Time Clock until synchronization becomes available again.
Once TimeMoto Cloud is back online, the device automatically uploads the stored records.
Do I need to prepare anything?
In most cases, no preparation is necessary.
If your organisation regularly uses the TimeMoto Cloud web portal or the mobile application during the scheduled maintenance period, we recommend informing your employees that these services will be temporarily unavailable.
We always announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible so you have time to prepare. If possible, avoid making administrative changes shortly before the maintenance begins.
Why do we perform scheduled maintenance?
Our goal is to provide a platform that is dependable today and prepared for tomorrow.
Regular maintenance allows us to:
- Improve platform stability and reliability
- Maintain the security of our infrastructure
- Prepare the platform for future improvements and new features
- Perform essential maintenance with minimal disruption to your business
By scheduling this work in advance, we can proactively maintain the health of the platform while minimising unexpected interruptions.
