My Cloud is not loading correctly!

Sometimes TimeMoto Cloud isn't displayed with the latest settings, or the page doesn't load properly. In this case, it can help to clear the cache of your browser to ensure no previously saved information is interfering with the loading process.
The following instructions guide you through clearing the cache of the most commonly used browsers. These are also the browsers that are tested for TimeMoto Cloud:
Google Chrome
1. On your computer, open your Google Chrome browser.
2. At the top right, click More (the three dots symbol).
3. Click [More tools] > [Clear browsing data].
4. At the top, choose a time frame. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Make sure to check the boxes: "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
6. Click Clear data. Well done! You're all set!

Safari (Apple Only)
1. On your device, open your Safari browser.
2. Click on [Safari] in the top bar.
3. Select [Preferences...].
4. A window appears. Select the tab [Privacy]. And click [Manage Website Data...].
5. In the search bar, search for "TimeMoto."
6. Select the data of "timemoto.com." Then click [Remove].
7. Finish the process by clicking [Done] in the bottom right corner. Well done! You're all set!

Microsoft Edge
1. On your computer, open your Microsoft Edge browser.
2. At the top right, click "Settings and More" (the 3 dots).
3. From the menu pop-up, select [History] > [Clear browsing data].
4. A window appears. At the top, choose a time frame. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Make sure to check the boxes: "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
6. Click "Clear now." Well done! You're all set!

Mozilla Firefox
1. On your computer, open your Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. Click the menu button and select [Options].
3. Select the [Privacy & Security] panel.
4. In the [Cookies and Site Data] section, click [Clear Data].
5. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the [Clear] button.
6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved. Well done! You're all set!
